OUR STORY

Cirql was founded by both recruitment specialists and industry leaders who have walked in your shoes. We understand the complexities of building and leading teams because we've been there ourselves.

Our Director began his career as an accountant before transitioning into recruitment, where he spent the last decade at a top-tier firm. Our leadership team includes board members with C-suite experience across industries ranging from technology to private equity and industrial services, bringing real-world insights into the challenges our customers face.

Our mission is simple: we take ownership of our customers' challenges as if they were our own. Whether it's identifying organisational gaps, navigating small and large-scale change, or strengthening teams, we provide strategic people solutions with impact.

Wanting to challenge the nature of traditional recruitment models, which focus on the quantity of input rather than the quality of output, Cirql do things a bit differently. We believe that great businesses are built by great people, including our own.  We invest in building smarter teams, training them based on quality, and continuously instilling a customer-first mindset. At Cirql, there are no clients or candidates - everyone is a customer, treated equally ensuring we deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

OUR VALUES

Cirql is unwavering in our commitment to building smarter teams. Our approach is guided by three core principles that shape our decisions, interactions, and the way we support our customers.

BE CURIOUS

We approach every conversation with genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn. We listen, ask the right questions, and seek to understand before we act.

BUILD A COMMUNITY

We create better solutions, together. Our customers gain access to our inner cirql, meeting like-minded professionals and gaining cross-industry insights.

CUSTOMER FIRST

At every step, we act in our customers' best interest, even when it means prioritising their needs over our own.
